RETURN POLICY
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Login to your new customer account. Link here
- Start your return once you've logged in.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- Once we receive your item, a refund or exchange should be processed within 1-2 Business days.
- There will be a flat return shipping rate of $5.99
- No restocking fees will be charged.
- If there are any questions, just email us with your order number, and we will get back you as soon as possible.
